Main frame of equipments:
1.Fourdrinier part: The length of fourdrinier part is 12m, vacuum couch roll 650mm*2400mm ,open style headbox, inner is bordered with stainless steel, drive by two homogenate roll, macromolecule water board, macromolecule anti-grinding faceplate, suction box 6 pieces. Roll: none slot roll with rubber covered. Frame: square frame is made of steel.
2.Compression part:700mm*2400mm natural marble stone roller 1 piece, 650mm*2400mm rubber roller 1 piece, 800mm*2400mm natural marble stone roller 2 pieces, 750mm*2400mm rubber roller 2 pieces, rubber hardness HSD 90.
3.Dryer part: 2500mm*2400mm alloy dryer can 2 sets. 2500mm*2400mm alloy dryer can 4 sets. Pneumatic load device, rubber hardness HSD 90, multi dryer part is equipped with fluctuate dryer mesh.
4.Rewinding part: cylinder type winding machine.
